Hi, I’m Susan. I’ve enjoyed a successful career as a personal trainer for over 10 years, working with clients in various settings—from small gyms and country clubs to large, big-box gyms and private sessions.
My background includes starting as a group exercise instructor, leading packed classes, and later managing over 40 instructors and personal trainers as a Group Fitness Manager at a local country club. My passion for personal training has kept me in the field, allowing me to develop close relationships with many clients over the years.
I’m certified as a Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), which means I focus on building strength safely and effectively. I emphasize proper movement patterns and alignment to prevent injury, ensuring a solid foundation before progressing in strength.
I’m excited to expand my client base and look forward to helping you reach your goals.

A typical training session with me includes a targeted warm-up to prime the body, followed by exercises that are modified to your personal skill level in effective movement patterns, such as squats, hinges. lunges, pushes, pulls and carries. Consistency is key in physical training. It helps us build strength, improve movement skills, and become more resilient in everyday life.
Over two years, I helped a young client under 25 set and exceed his health and fitness goals. My client, Logan, trained with me daily, gaining significant muscle mass and strength while also shedding over 100 pounds.
