After spending most of my career working full-time in the software industry, I’ve invested much of my free time and energy finding sustainable ways to stay fit and eat healthy while balancing work, social, and general life activities. I am passionate about helping others find that personal balance to stay healthy and improve their overall wellness.
As part of my personal training approach, I am keen on understanding my clients’ individual lifestyle and fitness goals and then building an attainable fitness roadmap that leads them to those goals. After an initial fitness assessment and lifestyle discussion, we’ll collaborate together to develop a plan, and I’ll provide both resources and training support to help you achieve your goals.
I’m happy to answer any questions that may help you decide if I’m the right fit for your personal training needs, so don’t be shy, send me a note! I can be flexible with my schedule, so if you see a time that doesn’t show in my availability, don’t hesitate to ask!
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
