Tiér has been working in the health and wellness industry since 2004. Tiér’s background and extensive knowledge in Exercise Science combined with her love and passion for athletic performance drove her into a very successful career working with athletes. Since 2011 Tiér has been working with professional athletes and in corporate health and fitness. She is known for her business prowess, professionalism and results that she has used to create corporate contracts with multi-billion and trillion dollar companies like Equinox also including the NBA, NFL, MLB, Olympics and their athletes individually. When she’s not working she’s giving powerful motivational speeches, training clients, educating communities on living healthy active lives. Sometimes you are able to catch her on a semi-pro team showing the younger generation she’s still got it on and off the court.
Hourly rate: $120

A typical session starts off with a quick check in, a proper warm up portion and mobility portion and then we get into the training session. We never skip the warm up that’s how injuries happen and we always end with a stretch and cool down with a recap of what we accomplished and what to look forward to during the next session.
One of the most amazing success stories I had was with a client who was looking to lose upwards of 60 lbs. She was young and was extremely fit prior to the birth of her daughter but started to have complications with her weight post-partum. After her initial consult she made a commitment to do the work outside of her training sessions. I would see her 3 times a week for the next 9 months consistently until a death in her family and she successfully was able to lose 50 of her 60 pounds and has kept it off for over a year. We made changes to her lifestyle, not just her diet and just adding in exercise we worked on her mindset about food and creating healthy sleeping and recovery habits. We worked around her hormonal cycles and dips in her energy and she trusted me with the process of listening to her body and finally the weight began to come off with much more ease. She’s now happily engaged to be married next year which secretly was her real goal: to fit in her wedding dress.
