Hello! I am a dedicated self-starter with a wealth of experience and a certified personal trainer through I.S.S.A for close to 20 years. I also have a certification in pilates reformer and am experienced in one-on-one personal training. I have conducted boot camp-style training with 20 people, as well as CrossFit, I also have experience with timed interval, sports-specific, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, powerlifting, spartan race training, and experience as a physical therapy tech. I have run 6 Spartan races, won my age division, and got the trifecta twice. Also certified YMCA aquatics and aquaspin instructor for 5 years and one year at the Houstonian. Fitness is my passion and I am dedicated to sharing all of the tenets of a lifelong, healthy lifestyle. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

My YMCA class is an aquatic-based strength training class. It is primarily older, adults with varying degrees of abilities, conditions, and issues. I have seen the balance, flexibility, and balance increase. They have told me of the increases in upper body strength because of the specific articulations, contractions, and neuroactivations.
