I dentify your movement restrictions and educate you on the effects of your restrictions. Once identified, we utilize strengthening and stretching to restore and even increase your functional range of motion. When your range of motion has been restored we transition to your skill acquisition. You learn to squat, lunge, bend, twist, push, pull, walk, jog, and sprint efficiently and properly. Then you begin the strengthening or endurance phase to ensure longevity. Once you are flexible, balanced, and strong we increase the complexity of your movement practice.
When I was referred to TJ, I was at the end of my medical training,
spending long hours in the operating room, and finding it hard to keep
active due to worsening shoulder problems. During my first visit, TJ
astutely saw what exercises and hands-on work could best support
my shoulder. It was his support that helped me to avoid surgery. His
unique blend of ELDOA, bodywork and strength and balance
exercises has continued to help me maintain balance throughout the
years. Even though I have moved out of state, I still come see TJ
when needed; I haven’t found anyone else whose knowledge and
