For the last decade, I have been helping people get back into shape and hold them accountable! Most of my clients used to struggle with motivation and consistency, which is why I came up with a Fun, dynamic, strength training program that they look forward to. I combined the best of my experiences from the Army, owning a small gym, and 20 years of fitness into an exciting and effective system. Now, my people have more energy, focus, and drive and are building the habit of wanting to work out!
Hourly rate: $85

We’ll start with a full-body warm-up to bring the mind-muscle connection online, shaking out the stiffness. Followed by a flow of movement that tests coordination and stability. I then like to move into a strength portion and focus on form, contractions, and control. I mix in some athletic movements to get the heart rate up and remove the lactic acid. Depending on the client’s needs, I usually end our session with a wonderful yoga session or active recovery/mobility.
One of my favorite success stories happened when I was training a client for several months, and his strength went through the roof. I’m talking about going from deadlifting 95 pounds to 405 pounds. His transformation was insane. But it wasn’t the strength gains and loss of body fat that touched my heart. He finally asked out the girl he had a crush on for years! They went on their first date to a rock concert, and he was able to defend her when the mosh pit got out of hand. His confidence, charisma, and control turned him into a superhero for that young lady, and they are still together to this day.
