I help women over 45 build strength, lose fat and inches with methods of functional strength training, corrective exerercise, and proper eating habits to improve health, movement, and prevent age related decline.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
After you movement screening, your fitness program will be designed to your abilities and goals. Mobility, flexibility and strength exercises will be prioritize based on need and progression evaluation is every 4 weeks. Don’t worry if you claim you are unfit or don’t move well, we will start with just that. Refresh and revive your body with me as your training coach!

Goal of Improved Movement, Strength, and decrease in pain and inflammation can feel immediate, but typically takes4-6 weeks with 2 or 3 sessions per week.
Weight loss goals average 20-50 lbs in 6 months with 3 sessions per week, improved eating strategies, and 2 other mobility and walking/ or activity of 40 mins on your own.
