The most rewarding part of helping people on their fitness journey is showing them what can happen with just a little hard work, self-discipline, and consistency. I know what I could do. I know my workouts and meal plans will get you in shape and looking good. But making someone a believer in my vision and buying into my way is the most rewarding thing ever. It teaches me that I have a gift and I need to use it. I’ve learned I am talented in many ways other than just fitness, but the mental part of helping someone who wants to quit or give up to stay strong and believe in themselves. Helping people is something I’ve always done. The reward is seeing them happy and the best versions of themselves.
Hourly rate: $125
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Lots of good energy, I will encourage you through the entire workout and push you. I have set routines on certain days, but I am very spontaneous with workouts and try to make things fun and challenging.
Success comes in many different ways. I would say having success in fitness isn’t just physical gains, but mental gains. A client that lets me know they’re FEELING better inside is more important to me then a client telling me they love how they look. I want people to feel and look their best, but feeling your best is the most important. I had a client that dealt with depression, overweight, wasn’t living a healthy lifestyle at all. When the client chose to make a better life choice and work with me, all the right things happen. Not only did I see someone who started off moody and didn’t want to work that hard, I saw this same person turn morning tension into morning drive! I saw this client go from telling me they ate bad food for dinner to eating everything off the meal plan I gave them. I saw this client go from wearing long sleeve shirts to taking his shirt off during the workout because of how good they felt and looked after going through adversity and betting on themselves to be better.
