Hi, I’m Victor Reyna, a trainer with over 15 years of experience. My approach combines resistance training with martial arts techniques, drawing from my career as a professional MMA fighter, including competing in the UFC. I’m certified in corrective exercise and personal training, and I also offer nutrition guidance because achieving your goals requires both smart training and a balanced diet. I’m committed to your success, providing accountability and being your strongest advocate for total wellness.

A typical training session with me is designed to be dynamic, challenging, and tailored to your individual goals. You can expect a combination of resistance training, martial arts techniques, and corrective exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Each session begins with a focused warm-up, followed by targeted exercises that progressively build in intensity. We’ll also incorporate personalized drills to enhance your skills and conditioning, and finish with a cool-down and stretching routine. Throughout the session, I provide guidance, motivation, and feedback to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout.
