From endurance sports to powerlifting, taekwondo to bootcamp-style workouts and even kayaking; over the years one thing has remained constant, and that is finding joy in movement and learning how to to challenge and improve the body in a variety of ways. This joy has lead me to a love of sharing how to help people explore the improvements they can make for the goals which will make them happiest over the long haul.
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Depending on your goals, the general structure of my 1 hour sessions are 10 min warm-up and mobility, 30-40 minutes of resistance/circuit/various exercises, followed by a gradual cooldown with stretching.
I have had several groups of people complete my 6-week boot camp in Evanston and Wilmette with significant improvements in endurance, strength, and body fat. I’ve also taught countless people how to perform basic and more complex resistance exercises safely and effectively.
