I am a 4th year medical student (2024 MD candidate) and certified personal trainer. I have a passion for health and fitness and received my undergraduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida. I am a former competitive boxer and Golden gloves national champion. I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness world and in training clients.

Every individual is unique, and so too should be their fitness journey. I advocate for a personalized approach to training, considering each person’s unique strengths, limitations, and goals. Tailoring exercise programs to meet individual needs ensures that clients are not only working towards physical fitness but also enjoying the process, leading to greater adherence and long-term success. My training philosophy places a strong emphasis on functional fitness—exercises that mimic and enhance everyday movements. By focusing on activities that improve strength, flexibility, and balance relevant to daily life, clients can experience improved quality of life and reduced risk of injury
