Hi, I’m Zahra, but you can call me Zara. I’m originally from Iran and lived in China for about 10 years before moving to Milwaukee on September 5th, 2024. I speak English, Chinese, Persian, basic French and Arabic. I’m passionate about staying active and usually train 6 times a week. I do CrossFit and absolutely love it.
I started coaching in 2020 and have earned certifications in CrossFit group classes, personal training, training kids, and programming. I believe in continuous learning because knowledge is an endless ocean.
My passion is helping others reach their fitness goals, live a healthy lifestyle, and realize their full potential. For me, that’s the true achievement. I care deeply about success and progress. I make sure that everyone who trains with me—whether in personal or group sessions—enjoys the experience and leaves feeling accomplished, eager to return for the next session.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
In our first session, I’ll ask you some questions to better understand you and your goals. This helps me tailor the program specifically to what you want to achieve. After that, we’ll do a body assessment, focusing on basic movements, followed by a warm-up and mobility exercises. Depending on your goals, we’ll move into the main workout, and we’ll finish with a cool-down and stretching session.
